International numbering plan for public data networks
Hungary
Communication of 7.IX.2010:
Magyar Telekom Plc ., Budapest, announces the withdrawal of its international X.25 and X.75 Public Switched Data Network (PSDN) Services, formally known as Packet Switched Data Service with effect from 1 October 2010.
As of 30 September 2010, the X.75 gateway service will no longer route terminating traffic to and from the Data Network identified with the 216 1 code (DNIC) according to ITU-T Recommendation. X.121.
The DNIC 216 1 remains, however, allocated to “Packet Switched Data Service”. The DNIC will continue to be used internally.

Qatar
Communication of 1.IX.2010:
Change in the Telegram Service
Qatar Telecom (Qtel), Qatar, announces that with immediate effect all international telegrams to and from Qatar must be routed through Unitel. The telegram destination indicator DHXX allocated to Qatar remains in force and must be used for all telegrams to Qatar. This applies for both ITA2 and APU80 telegrams.
Responsibility for international rates and settlements will reside with Unitel which will handle all accounting and settlements relating to telegram traffic to and from Qatar on a cascade accounting basis.
Telegram operating companies are therefore kindly requested to contact Unitel directly as shown below to arrange for the provision of access and negotiate accounting rates to apply.

Amd. to National Numbering Plan
In accordance with ITU-T Recommendation E.129 (2013-01)
Administrations are requested to notify ITU about their national numbering plan changes, or to give an explanation on their webpage concerning the national numbering plan as well as their contact points, so that the information, which will be made available freely to all administrations/ROAs and service providers, can be posted on the ITU-T website.
For their numbering website, or when sending their information to ITU/TSB (e-mail: tsbtson@itu.int ), administrations are kindly requested to use the format as explained in Recommendation ITU-T E.129. They are reminded that they will be responsible for the timely update of this information.
From 15.IX.2010 to 30.IX.2010 the following countries have updated their national numbering plan on our site:
